You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to access or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Gun Control Act, the National Firearms Act ("NFA"), and all federal, state, and local regulations.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are legally eligible to purchase, possess, and use such items; • You will complete all required background checks, registrations, tax stamp applications, and transfers through properly licensed Federal Firearms License ("FFL") holders where required.

ITI does not verify user eligibility and disclaims all liability for unlawful possession, transfer, or use of regulated items.

All information provided through the Services is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

Laws and regulations may change and vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate legal guidance and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.

Firearms, suppressors, and related components are inherently dangerous.

By accessing, purchasing, or using any such products, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or death.

ITI shall not be liable for misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, negligent handling, or unlawful use of any product.

All products must be used strictly in accordance with applicable laws and manufacturer specifications.

ITI disclaims all responsibility for damage or injury resulting from:

• Improper or unsafe use; • Use inconsistent with intended purpose or instructions; • Modification, alteration, or unauthorized repair; • Use in combination with third-party components not approved by ITI.

ITI reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order or access to the Services at its sole discretion, including where required information cannot be verified or where legal compliance is in question.

We may require age, identity, or eligibility verification prior to fulfilling any order.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. ITI does not control or endorse such third parties and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit through the Services ("User Content"). You represent that you have all necessary rights and that your content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

ITI reserves the right to remove or modify User Content at any time without notice.

While we implement reasonable safeguards, we do not guarantee the security of information transmitted through the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

ITI may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice or liability.

THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ITI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF DEFECTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ITI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

ITI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ITI FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT OR SERVICE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ITI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Services or products; • Your violation of these Terms; • Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

All content, designs, trademarks, and materials available through the Services are owned by or licensed to ITI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Des Moines, Iowa.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ITI regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
