IRON TORCH INDUSTRIES LLC – LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Limited Lifetime Warranty Coverage
IRON TORCH INDUSTRIES LLC ("ITI," "we," "us," or "our") warrants to the original registered owner that all suppressors manufactured by ITI are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations set forth herein.
At our sole discretion, ITI will replace, free of charge, any suppressor determined to be defective due to manufacturing or material defects.
Exclusions and Limitations
This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original registered owner and is non-transferable. This warranty does not cover, and is void in the event of, damage or failure resulting from:
- •Normal wear and tear
- •Improper use, misuse, or negligence
- •Improper installation or maintenance
- •Use outside of intended design parameters
- •Use with ammunition types, calibers, barrel lengths, or firing schedules not expressly approved in the applicable ITI product documentation or technical specifications
- •Use with adapters, mounts, or accessories not approved by ITI
- •Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or disassembly of the product
- •Accidents, abuse, or neglect
Any unauthorized modification or alteration of the suppressor immediately voids this warranty in its entirety.
Product Condition and Disclaimer
Except for the express warranty provided herein, all products are sold "AS IS" and ITI disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Warranty Claim Determination
ITI reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty service. All determinations regarding defects, misuse, or eligibility are made at ITI's reasonable discretion.
Replacement
If a valid warranty claim is approved:
- •ITI will replace the product at no cost to the customer
- •If the product is discontinued or unavailable, ITI may substitute a comparable or upgraded model at its discretion
- •Replacement products may require compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Important: Replacement suppressors require a new serial number and are subject to all applicable Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) transfer and approval requirements, which may result in additional processing time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, loss of use, loss of profits, or other economic loss arising from the use of or inability to use the product.
ITI assumes no liability for damages or injuries resulting from improper use, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow product instructions and specifications.
State Law Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Certain states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so portions of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Warranty Claim Process
ITI strives to process all warranty claims promptly:
- •Initial claim evaluations are typically completed within 10 business days of receipt
Customers must comply with all applicable laws and ITI instructions when returning controlled items for service.
